At Nice People for Events, we specialize in selecting and managing personnel for events. Comprised of young professionals with over 10 years of experience in the sector, we operate throughout Spain and are available 24/7, 365 days a year for both our clients and our staff.

Our philosophy is based on a rigorous selection process to ensure that we provide our clients with the best professionals and guarantee excellent teamwork. We prioritize exceptional treatment towards our staff, allowing us to have highly motivated workers. We ensure that our personnel is highly trained and meets all the necessary requirements to form a competent and committed team. At Nice People for Events, we can provide you with all the personnel needed to ensure that your event is a success. We carry out the selection process rigorously to ensure that only the best candidates become part of your team. During this process, we evaluate each individual’s skills and experience, as well as their ability to work in a team and their attitude towards different situations.

Once we have completed the selection, we take care of their training and coordination. This way, we ensure that the staff is fully prepared for the event. Additionally, we have a team of coordinators who oversee and manage the event. All personnel at Nice People for Events have extensive experience in the sector and speak multiple languages.


We have a team of professional, experienced hostesses and hosts with language diversity. Additionally, we have coordination and supervision profiles to ensure that the event runs smoothly and without hitches.

We are on-site at events to ensure the successful outcome of our services and meet our clients’ expectations. We understand the importance of being present to provide a quick and effective response in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Within the team, we have different profiles specialized in various areas: protocol hostesses, congresses and fairs. We also offer receptionists and hospitality services to ensure quality care for attendees, as well as hostesses for transfers and guides. Additionally, we provide promotional hostesses and roadshow services for events that require a more dynamic team with marketing and promotional skills.


We provide transport services through our fleet of experienced and professional drivers. Each of them has over 5 years of driving experience and possesses outstanding customer service skills, ensuring safe and high-quality service for our clients.

We offer transfer and valet parking services for a variety of events, including conferences, fairs, and corporate events. We also provide logistics services, coordinating the transportation of necessary materials and equipment.


We are aware that each event is unique, which is why we have different profiles that adapt to every need.

We can provide support staff such as access control, porters, and assembly and production assistants to help with event preparation. We also offer VIP accompaniment, translators, and interpreters with various languages. Waiters and bartenders, entertainers and makeup artists are also available, all the necessary resources to provide excellent customer service.
